Established in 2021, Arcus Policy Research is a nascent yet steadily growing research organization, emerging as a hub for rigorous policy analysis, data-driven insights, and strategic advisory. With a focus on methodological integrity and collaborative inquiry, we are building a distinct identity within the policy research ecosystem. With an emphasis on advancing sectoral understanding, our work supports the development of resilient and equitable approaches within the agricultural and allied sectors, contributing to informed dialogue and long-term sustainability.
We operate at the confluence of economic transitions, gender dynamics, social structures, and technological advancements, critically examining the evolving agricultural landscape and its intersections with allied sectors such as climate & sustainability, bioenergy, and rural livelihoods. Through a rigorous, data-driven approach, we strengthen the design and evaluation of various policies and programs, contributing to their practical relevance and strategic coherence. For instance, we are currently supporting initiatives in three Indian states by developing MLE frameworks that help partner institutions assess and improve service delivery—from agricultural inputs to market linkages and extension services.
